Jason Weiss

Jason is a welder/ fabricator from Washington State, now living in Missouri. He works for a growing sign company in Springfield, MO welding mostly aluminum with the MIG process, but also TIG. He MIGs/ TIGs aluminum and stainless steel as well. He loves to fit, shape, and weld all materials. He spends his off time with his family and dogs, and dreams of one day having a decent sized shop of his own!

Beau West

Beau is a Texas welder/fabricator with 15+ years experience. He’s adding “new business owner” to his repertoire: Misfit Metalwerks. He enjoys representing quality brands that he can trust. He’s fun loving, loyal, and dedicated. Beau has been happily married for 10 years and has 4 amazing kids: busy busy busy!

Dustin Rakestraw

Dustin is a pipefitter/welder who also does fabrication work on the side that consists of drag cars/trailers/pontoon welding and anything else that may come along. He works at Xytel Corp. full time and does fabrication work at his little shop behind his house (Midnight Fabrication). He’s interested in anything racing-related from cars to bikes. His son just got into racing dirt bikes!

Greg Weaver Jr.

As a Combination Welder/Fabricator/Fitter, Greg is educated and experienced in all processes: Stick, MIG, Flux-cored, TIG, OXY-FUEL Cutting, Brazing and Soldering. He is skilled in welding structural, plate, and pipe in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead (6G) positions. He also works with carbon steel, mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, and other exotic metals. He can do all of this while also having the ability to read and understand prints and specs for the basic layout and fitment for the job. He loves what he does says and it never feels like he’s working. He thinks having the ability to build something out metal is amazing!

Andre Malan

In 2008, Andre graduated welding school. He began traveling for his job, and has had some really awesome experiences. Over the years he’s worked a lot of different types of jobs. He’s worked in toothpaste plants, chasing oil rigs, and pipelines. His hobbies include spending time with my family, and exploring all the new places welding takes him to!
